Privacy in adult work does not mean pretending records do not exist. It means separating your public identity from the legal information required for compliance and limiting access to people who genuinely need it.
Separate public identity from legal records
A creator name or preferred public name can be used in public-facing content. Your legal name, identification, tax information and contracts should remain in private business records rather than profiles, captions or promotional pages.
Ask how applications, identification and media are stored. Access should be limited, and application materials should not be published or shared as promotional content without written permission.
Confirm the company and the meeting
Before attending, confirm the business name, contact method, address and purpose of the meeting. Keep the invitation and any written expectations.
