Who we are
Avelisse Casting is an Avelisse Studios casting service. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to contact@avelissecasting.com.
Information we collect
When you apply, we collect the information you provide, including your legal and preferred names, date of birth, location, contact details, opportunity and content interests, experience, availability, profile links, written responses, recent photographs, introduction video, consent confirmations, and technical records needed to operate and protect the form. Government identification is not requested through the initial application form.
How we use it
We use application information to confirm basic eligibility, review and respond to your application, invite selected applicants to an in-person casting, maintain casting records, protect applicants and our services, and meet legal or compliance obligations. Applying is not consent to perform or an employment guarantee.
Who can access it
Access is limited to authorized Avelisse personnel and service providers needed to host, secure, and operate the application system. We do not sell applicant information. We do not publicly display application media. Information is disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect safety, rights, or the service.
Storage and retention
Application records and uploads are stored in private, access-controlled systems. We keep them only as long as reasonably needed for casting, business records, safety, disputes, and legal obligations. Applications that do not progress are reviewed for deletion after 12 months. Some records may be retained longer where a legal, accounting, contractual, fraud-prevention, or safety obligation applies.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, withdraw, or delete your application by emailing us from the address used to apply. Write “Privacy Request” in the subject line and include your full name and application email. We may verify your identity before acting. We aim to respond within 30 days, subject to applicable law and permitted retention requirements.
Age restriction
The service is only for adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly accept applications from minors. If we learn that a person under 18 submitted information, we will remove it.
Security and changes
No system can promise absolute security, but we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version.
